How the heck does this electoral delegation thing work?

While the elections are underway we hear term like popular vote and delegates. The media is constantly reporting how many delegates each candidate has. So the obvious question is what the heck is a delegate, who cares how many each candidate has, and what are the ramifications, and who cares?!

Good questions, because these questions lead to one of the biggest scams in world history! But first, the facts.

1. The easy answer to who are delegates - They are people who cast votes to nominate a candidate to be elected President.

2. If you would like a witty complete answer regarding delegates go here.

3. The candidate with the most delegates gets the nomination to compete for the office of President of the United States.

4. Conspiracy? Yes sir! - If you go to five different news websites you will get five different delegate counts. Yes everyone has their view of how many delegates each candidate has. How can this be? Isn't it "known" information? Good question, answer; no! There seems to be a lot of controversy regarding the number of delegates each candidate has and because it is such an important topic and "they" keep it as confusing as possible.

So where is the conspiracy? Remember 2004 George W. Bush loosing the popular vote but winning the electoral college and thus being elected? Same thing goes here.

The American people vote... the delegates vote - and what they want goes.

So should we vote at all? Well as long as the American people are divided and there is room for doubt "they" can continue to change the numbers as "they" see fit. So yes, vote, because everyone will blog about what a comi I am if I say don't vote. Say yes vote. But will "they" continue to elect anyone "they" want? Yes!

Don't we live in a great country? Well we did.

I can only hope that we as American citizens can come together and rally around someone that can give the "they" of this world no choice but to listen to the will of the people.

Needless to say I am not holding my breath.
